Lauryn Sayler Divers has been practicing psychotherapy in the Los Angeles area for 20 years. She is licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist and has a Master’s Degree in Marriage, Family, and Child Therapy from Fuller Graduate School in California. 

Lauryn works with adults, adolescents, and children on issues of relationships, emotional healing, and personal growth. Through a variety of therapeutic methods, she assists clients in increasing their self-awareness and self-acceptance in order to discover best how to resolve or respond to problematic symptoms. These struggles might include emotional distress, dysfunctional beliefs and behaviors, poor communication in relationships, and/or individual and relationship crises.

The therapy Lauryn primarily uses is called EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). She was certified in EMDR in 2009 and became an Approved EMDR Consultant in 2014. EMDR Therapy is proven to be the most rapid and effective psychological treatment for PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and it is rapidly becoming the therapy of choice for many anxiety disorders. 

Lauryn is also licensed for telehealth in the state of Florida.
